Returns & Exchanges

At Poncho Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; that is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. If your new favorite shirt isn't the perfect fit, we will make it right with free domestic shipping on all exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
